I used to have a fast-paced and creative job in the interior design industry. Despite my interest in the hair industry, I never pursued it due to pressure from my family who believed it was a labor-intensive job. My mother had owned a hair salon, and I had grown up watching her run the business.

Eventually, I decided to follow my dream and leave my job in interior design. I joined Retern Hair, where I received professional training in both practical skills and theoretical knowledge. I successfully became a Certified Hair Specialist, and I now find immense satisfaction in serving customers and witnessing their hair and scalp improvements.

My goal is to continue growing with the company and introduce the latest technology and effective hair solutions to help those with hair concerns. I aim to provide a top-quality service that will boost my customers’ confidence and leave them feeling satisfied.
